Shipping Policy

SHIPPING
Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provided, using the shipping method you selected at checkout. You may request an address change on the day of your purchase, but changes will no longer be possible from the following day, and any errors will be your responsibility.

Orders are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery times are approximately 5 to 12 days. Shipping is free for orders over 60€/70 USD; otherwise, a flat rate of €5.90 applies.

Please note that during sales periods or exceptional times (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.), due to high demand, delivery times may be extended (5 to 10 days). We will of course do our best to deliver your order promptly, but extended delivery times do not constitute grounds for a refund, regardless of your personal reasons. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, adverse weather conditions, or issues within the delivery agency.

Items marked "delivered" but not received
If an item is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, we will initiate an investigation with the delivery service to clarify the delivery circumstances. If the package was stolen from your mailbox or by someone in your vicinity, please note that Pomme cannot be held responsible. Therefore, we will unfortunately be unable to offer a refund in such cases.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery and return address. If the delivery address differs from the billing address, please inform us at the time of payment.

However, you may contact us if you made a mistake so we can correct your delivery address. Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Please contact us before this period if your order is already en route with our carrier.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order. This email will provide shipping details about your order. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us by clicking here.

Please note that a tracking number will be provided for every order placed on our website.

The estimated delivery date is based on the chosen shipping method. Delivery times count business days only and do not include weekends or public holidays.
