Your order will be sent to the delivery address you have given us, using the delivery method you selected at the time of purchase. You can ask us to change your address during the day of your purchase, but from the following day this will no longer be possible, and any error will be your responsibility.
Your order is usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Our delivery times are approximately 5 to 12 working days. Delivery is free for orders over €40, otherwise it is charged at a flat rate of €3.90. There is also a paid “Green” delivery option, at a fixed rate of €5.90. By opting for this alternative, we give priority to eco-responsible modes of transport adapted to your location. Please note that this may slightly extend the delivery time...
Please note that during sales periods, or exceptional periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.) due to high demand, our delivery times may be extended (5 to 10 days). Of course, we will do our utmost to deliver as quickly as possible, but an extended delivery time is not grounds for a refund, whatever your personal reason. We would also like to point out that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as demonstrations, adverse weather conditions or management problems at the delivery agency.
Items Marked 'Delivered' but Not Received
If an item is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, we will initiate an investigation in collaboration with the delivery service to clarify the circumstances of this delivery. Should it be established that the parcel has been stolen from your letterbox or by someone close to you, please note that Pomme cannot be held responsible. Therefore, we will unfortunately not be able to offer a refund in such situations.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide us with a correct and complete Delivery and Return address. Therefore, if your delivery address is different from your billing address, please notify us at the time of payment.
However, we leave you the possibility of contacting us if you have made a mistake, so that we can correct your shipping address. We dispatch orders within 24 to 48 hours. Please contact us before this time if your order is already in transit with our carrier.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order. This e-mail will inform you of the shipment details. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us by clicking here.

The estimated delivery date is based on the delivery method chosen. Delivery times are for working days only and do not include weekends or public holidays.
