Is Lova really an open back — what does it look like from behind?
Yes. Lova has an original open-back cut that leaves your shoulder blades bare and finishes as a clean line from behind. It's designed to be seen — worn on its own or peeking out under an open-back top.
What support level is Lova — will it hold me?
Moderate support, built for yoga, pilates, weight training, dance and everyday wear. It holds you steady through stretching and flowing with full freedom of movement. For high-impact running, jumping or HIIT, choose a higher-support style instead.
Does it come with pads, and can I take them out?
Yes — Lova has removable, adjustable pads. Keep them in for a smooth, lifted line, or take them out for a softer, more natural feel. One bra, dialed to how you want to look.
Is it see-through, or will it show under my clothes?
No. The 75% nylon, 25% elastane knit is opaque and lies smooth, so it sits flat under clothes. The open back is meant to peek out — that's the whole point.

No. The open back leaves your shoulders and shoulder blades free, and the 4-way-stretch knit moves in every direction — so you flow without anything digging in or holding you back.
How do I pick my size? Should I size up or down?
Lova runs small, so we recommend sizing up — match your underbust and bust to the chart, then go one size up for the most comfortable fit. It was fit-tested across 47 body types from petite to fuller bust.
Can I really wear it on its own?
Absolutely — that's what it's made for. Wear it bare so the open back shows, or layer it under open-back tops and tanks so the cut frames your shoulders.
Can I wear Lova both at the studio and out of it?
Yes. Moderate support and the second-skin knit make it just as easy under a sweater for the day as on the mat — the open back simply becomes a detail when you layer over it, or the whole look when you don't.
Will it pill or lose its shape after a few washes?
No. The second-skin nylon-elastane knit holds its shape and stays smooth wash after wash. Machine wash cold on gentle, skip the fabric softener, and lay flat or hang to dry to keep it like new.
